****Please note that reservations should be made 4 weeks in advance (first come first served basis). A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking, balance due 7 days before party date. Party Hours begin at 4pm - party planners are welcome to come 1/2 hour before start to set up and decorate. NO BALLOONS ALLOWED around the horses, and non-flash photography only please.
Garbage removal/disposal and room clean up is the sole responsibility of the guest.
